La Union 2019- First barkada long ride

Finally! Out of town with the whole gang. We planned this months before that is why we kinda have the fear of this not materializing. Because you know, the more you plan the more it gets messy.

The original plan was with Kyra, our ever generous friend. But due to unforeseen circumstances she was not able to make it. Next time Kyra, next time:)

We will be in La Union for 3 days. I am so excited, because the last time I went to LU, we were there overnight only.

We stayed in P&M Final Option resort. This place is affordable and more than what you expect for the amount of 2500 for 3 days. Free breakfast buffet people! What a steal.



1st day 

We went to LU in 2 groups. Sophia, Jorjan, Bet and Bry went extra adventurous and rode the bus. While Me, Gab, Gelo and Kopi tagged along with Eunice and Pat in their car.

as for our cluster we went to  this lowkey food place that serves amazing bagnet and other pinoy favorites for a very cheap price, generous serving


Our favorite was the bagnet sinigang and bagnet silog. I included their menu so I could help them reach more customers. The staff were great and they deserve more attention. Let us support small scale business owners








 I won't describe each meal. Masarap lahat. No other words. Masarap lang kasi talaga. And the most important thing mura. Supportahan natin yung mga small scale negosyo na ganito. They need it. They deserve attention for being fair sa lasa at price

Sophia, Jorjan , Bet and Bry went to El Union coffee and we met them there. They enjoyed the Dirty Horchata drink





LU was actually celebrating pride month when we visited.
We were able to check in at around 12:30PM. After we were able to settle what we did was sleep. Tumatanda na kami guys ang dali na mapagod. LOL

In the afternoon we stayed in the beachfront. I really love this place that we were able to book because it is peaceful, like kami lang tao. We played beach volley, wow athletic. I was so happy to see everyone just laid back. Not thinking of anything else but to eat, rest and enjoy.

For dinner we went back to Tess' kitchen. We ate bagnet again coz why not.

We did a quick stroll around downtown LU, we grabbed coffee again and some went for the buko ice cream

Went back to our place and stayed in the poolside. It was crazy!!! never have I ever game will never be the same again!

2nd day

Our place offered free breakfast.


 For the second day we went to Thunder Bird resort. You can actually come as walk in guests. The entrance fee is 500 pesos. But you can get your 300 pesos as consumable for food. We ate our lunch there.














We had our lunch at Olive Restaurant. The food was really good. This came from our 300 pesos consumable. We ordered 3 Pizzas and 5 Chicken Alfredo pasta. One tip that I could give is to come in big groups so you can get more food.

It was really hot that day and we were so exhausted so we decided to rest until the afternoon. We stayed at the surfing area around 5PM waiting for the sunset.

Flotsam Night

 Our timing was good. They celebrated Pride in LU. Flotsam was in real Baklaan Festival mode HAHAHA. The atmosphere was spontaneous and light. It was also my first time to see my classmates drunk. Tangina ang kukulit. They do get drunk in Manila but not like this. These are the nights that you do not want to end. Mahal lang ang drinks, Flotsam? Smirnoff 120? 








We entered Flotsam at around 6PM na. Sobrang hirap na agad makakuha ng place. Buti may kilala si gelo and nabigyan kami ng mat. Sana umayos na sistema nila.Wag na pahirapan ang customers. They are willing to pay naman and they deserve to have a good time. Pero in totality masaya.

At eto  pa ayon sa alamat yung kopi daw walang tigil sa pag tae and yung gelo nakaka istorbo ng tulog dahil ayaw huminto sa pagkanta ng A whole new world

So nung 3rd day we went home na. Gelo left earlier coz he has to attend some birthday party which ewan namin kung totoo ba. HAHAH joke. So nagkasya kami sa car pauwi.

 The whole trip was a first for us all. Yung ganun ka layo. Ganun kadami together. We would come back definitely. And mas marami kami for sure.

 Please visit LU. It was an amazing escapde with friends. Di kamahalan at di rin kalayuan from Manila.

After our graduation which happened last June 8 2016 we started our review for the boards June 28. Yeah, deep inside me I was complaining. I was not able to enjoy the feeling of being a graduate and here we go again, going to study. Ok so much of the rants .
